Thank you so much for booking The Vinyl Steppers for your wedding. In order to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day, we ask for all relevant questions to be filled out by a month before the date of your wedding.

If you send us the form and then your plans change, please just re-send an updated form to us or send an email with any updates. If any questions are not relevant then just leave them blank or write ’N/A’. If you are unsure about any questions then just write ‘unsure’ or feel free to get in touch with us to check.
